No. We deliver exclusively to residences, hotels, and vacation rentals. Beach and public access deliveries are not available.

At this time, we do not offer setup or breakdown services. All gear is delivered ready for easy self-setup.

Deliveries take place between 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM on your start date.
Pickup occurs on your selected end date. Please ensure items are placed in the original delivery location or another visible, accessible spot.

We deliver to homes, hotels, and vacation rentals throughout the Charleston area, including Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, and Kiawah.
Delivery is based on distance from our James Island Headquarters and calculated at checkout. Areas farther from our base may include a higher delivery fee.

Your rental will be delivered to your property and placed in a convenient, accessible location such as a front entry, garage, or designated drop area.
You do not need to be present as long as we have clear access instructions.

Shibumi Shades are designed to be quick and easy to set up—no complicated steps or tools required. We’ve included short setup and takedown videos on our Rentals page to guide you through it.
For best results, position your shade with the wind at your back and allow the canopy to fill with airflow. Setup typically takes just a few minutes once you’ve got your direction set.

Weather-related refunds are only issued if local beaches are officially closed.
