We deliver directly to homes, hotels, and vacation rentals within our service area (25-mile radius from our HQ on James Island).
We can not deliver directly to the beach at this time.

We deliver and pick up all rentals to your residence between 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM on your rental start and end dates.
Because of routing and volume, we’re unable to guarantee specific delivery times within that window.

While normal wear is expected, customers are responsible for the equipment while it’s in their care. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged to the payment method on file. For all the details, please check out our full Terms & Conditions.

Reach out 48+ hours prior to your rental booking, and we’ll work with you on rescheduling when possible. Otherwise, no refunds due to weather unless beaches are officially closed.
